I have a gnome cleric(29) of Brell who has 1 of these and it says i can't use because of race, class, or diety. The temple where i started is the Abbey of Musings, any idea why it won't work?

This can't be right. It should probably read gnome clerics, or gnome and halfling, since halflings also worship Bristlebane...don't they? Anyway, definitely a typo or misinformation.
Answered my own question: Halflings get the Faithstone of Mischief, for Bristlebane. Prayer to <insert deity here> apparently teleports you back to your church/guild.
