Shadows of LuclinTo get to where the Insanity Crawler spawns you North to the fallen pillar, east, then south. There are 3 rooms full of large mind worms. Not sure of the spawn time, but the IC can pop randomly and it also appears that if you kill enough worms, he will also make an appearance. He stays up 30min and then de-spawns, so if you want him, you have to hustle.
He also sets off a zone-wide emote, something about the centi's fleeing in terror or some such.

The named Mind worm is the Insanity Crawler. He spawned in the "pool" of mindworms. He is about 4 times the size of the normal ones, Aprox level 65ish from what i have been told.

There is to my knowledge only two places that mind worms spawn that is the area in the back where the named four arms and ROCK guy named DYN something or another ...anyways there is another place you make a right and go down that hall way, Where in you take another right down that hall way is a Large pool of mind worms.
Any one that has looted this please advise where is the area that this SO CALLED NAMED WORM is. or is there even a named worm ? Is it possible this drops from a common worm. PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU KNOW..... If i noone know i will asnswer this in coming days as this zone juct became my hunting grown.

if you are going to correct someone...do it right...
a war does not get 70 hps from 15 stam...1 stam = 6 hps. 15 stam = 90 hps.....
so 15 stam and 50 hps is a nice slot for all classes...and tanks love it too.
I think sk/plais are on either 5 or 6 hps per stam.
But speaking as a warlord here I know I WOULD wear these over IGS anyday of the weak. For normal exping they are far better...and in most raid situations too.

I'm a monk, but this, of all the drops you can possibly get in game, this is one of those mantles that EVERYONE can dream about, because it IS low weight, and actually has ALL good stats for a change, a lot of items like IGS, have problems like sheer weight, lots of classes really cant afford to be wearing tons of weight but endure it to have good gear, or endure insanely horrible stats to gain just one good thing, take fungus tunics, so heres to ALL/ALL! May we all dream peacefully.. :)

This item was from the Insanity Crawler, the regular wurms droped spells but no gear.

Named Mind Worm or any worm in akheva?
Argfeld is indead correct. War would get 6*15=90+50=140 hp for this item.
140 hp on shoulder is very good for main tank.

There is a named worm in Akheva, The Insanity Crawler. Very difficult to find and kill because after it's up for a few hours, it depops. We had one depop on us while gathering to kill it. That would explain why an item like this hasn't been posted until now. Unless it's just VERY VERY rare off normal mind worms. The Insanity Crawler also drops a bard song that has an incredible rate of mana drain, as well. Quite desireable kill.

I believe that level 60 warriors get 6 hitpoints per stamina point. Fifteen stamina would yield 90 hitpoints (assuming the warrior did not already have max stamina.

Shadow Knights have a strange equation for HP from stamina. At level 60, I estimate it to be about 23hp for every 4 stamina. 15sta gives me about 86 hit points. 10sta gives me 57hp.
you are wrong sir 15sta does not equal 165hp on a lvl 60 warrior, 15 sta maybe will add 70hp but that in conjunction with the raw 50hp makes these well worth camping for ;)
anyone know what these drop off of?

If I had these, I would definitly use them over my IGS's(20ac +10all resist) in non-resist situations, especially cause they don't weigh 19.4 or what ever "IGS"s do.

The sheer HP's you get from this.. 15 sta = about 165hp's on a 60 war + 50 more hp's is a nice chunk from one item.
