Why is this JUST for Druids and Wizards....Don't they already have Bind affinity? LOL Get me if I'm mistaken...unless this is somehow different I don't see the reason for it's use. How about giving it to NON-porting classes(just saying) ....

This item sets a tertiary bind location for the caster. It is not the same as regular bind affinity and those without the ability to Tertiary Gate would have no use for it.
