On Oakwynd, This is definitely not 5 hours. I've been here off and on for about 6-10 hours each time. Havnt seen it spawn once. Been brutal. But it is 100% not on a 5hour timer.

Enchanter Epic changes:
- Vessel Drozlin and Wraith of a Shissar will now respawn 9 hours after being killed and from 5 to 14 hours after a zone or server reset.
- Verina Tomb will now respawn 13 hours after being killed and from 5 to 14 hours after a zone or server reset.
- The One Key, Lost Scroll, and Charm and Sacrifice have had their respawn time reduced from 24 to 5 hours.

On Agnarr, the respawn time is usually within five minutes of 19 and a half hours.

So you know, this was not in a bag. Was a flat scroll almost in the freaking wall and missed it. So look, look and look again from all side to besure not to miss.

I am working on the second staff, but neither Jeb nor Mizzle gave me a bag. Where can I get it?
I do no have an exact loc for this but I can confirm it is on the 3rd floor and the room is near the ZI. Once you are close you will here a Sarnak looking mob saying "Hiss....Where is that scroll" that will let you know you are close. Once inside the room take a sharp left which puts you at the foot of the bed. Get to the wall and look between the bed and the wall near the head board and you will see it laying on the ground by the bacc wall in the corner. Hope this helps.
Exact loc is -17.33, 54.02, -176.00, on the lowest floor.

Ok for of you like me who like to have as much info on something as you can get, I will provide you with some. Location is -20, +50 on the 3rd floor. The room is actually right next to the zone in, only 3 floors down. It spawns in the NW corner of the room between the bed and the wall. It looks like a scroll not a bag. (When I was there I wasn't too such what i was looking for.) The is one stationary mob in the room and a wanderer that paths into the room.

The Lost Scroll Spawn every 24 hours on 3rd floor behind the Red Bed.. Scroll spawn between Bed and Wall. You able to use travel invis to there. That is easier!!
