They'll be so sad without their music. Do you think you could be a musician for the day? " Mayor Crystalline is too busy to play music for the old folks of Snowhill. She's asked you to take over being musician for the day! This is a Minigame quest. This quest is repeatable. Membership is required to begin this quest.
