Camped the room where she spawns on the Aradune TLP server for roughly 30 minutes, clearing just the room and the skeleton guarding the door. She spawned and dropped the Dagger of Marnek.

Camped her room for Priest Amiaz for a day and he didn't spawn, but she spawned 5 or 6 times in a 4 or 5 hour period. Always 3 mobs in the room ranging from the necro theurgist, greater skeleton, and a ghoul. I didn't notice the ghoul being the PH, but it may be true. The next day I camped priest Amiaz for a few hours, she never spawned...so I don't know what the deal with that was. Also, this is NOT the blackened wand needed for the red monk sash like others have said.

Just some updated info as I am sitting here camping the dagger:
-Spawn time is right about 10 minutes. Once the corpse poofs (~8:00) from the PH there's about 1:30 to 2:00 before the next pops.
-Spawn location is the center of the 3 mobs in her room at (-485, 84, -78) on the bottom floor of Befallen behind the false wall.
-PH is always 'a ghoul'. She can pop back to back to back (as she just did for me) or she could be a few ghouls between.
-Casts several spells including pet, Heat Blood, Disease Cloud and a shielding spell just after she spawns.
-Updated drops from my kills:
1) Shortened Bronze Battle Spear
2) Star Rose Quartz, Soft Leather Boots, Thaumaturgist's Robe
3) Dagger of Marnek, Chipped Bone Rod, Thaumaturgist's Robe
4) Dagger of Marnek, Onyx, Thaumaturgist's Robe

Maybe I got lucky but I just stayed in the room for the entire time kept it clear and right after Amiaz the Tham appeared she will be there just keep the room clear.
Things to yell down the well on the first floor....Hey Monk! Put the robe in the freaking bucket! or...It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again!
Now I just want to see a toon named Captain Stottlemeyer. Maybe an npc on the first floor with an anagram of Captain Leland Stottlemeyer or a name variation like the Seru guards named after Safehouse members.

Okay, here is some updated info on her. I just spent a few ours in befallen at lvl 40, just killing everything. There is some wrong info on this mob. Here is the real deal as of may 19, 2004. She spawns in the same room as Priest Amiaz. Just keep clearing his room, and she will spawn. Was harder than the other mobs, but no problem whatsoever at lvl 40. Cats heat blood, life spike, and some general DOTs. has maybe 300 hit points, pet has around 500. Good luck on this one, and just keep clearing that room!
How to get to room- Drop down the famous well on level 1, take your 70 dmg, then as go straight out of the small room you find yourself in, you will enter a larger room. Turn around to the left, you will see another passage, go in, there will be a small room with about 4-5 mobs in it. Keep that room cleared, the mobs are on about a 19 min timer.

They don't have to equal 100%. It can drop more than one item.
I was down in there and i got a Gossimer Robe=not that great but an effect on it

could a 31 ranger solo this girl and her pet? and i read something about nuking her and having another necro come in and help. is that true?

the dagger is a great item for casters because can be equiped in range slot...not many int items go there. I tried to solo this mob with a 27 necro but only a 20 pet(cant find the 24 pet spell, research only and have failed twice)...nothing agroed until i cast my pet spell then everything agroed..kicked my butt...am going to try again at 29 with 29 pet.

Just playing around in here waiting for Gynok Moltor to spawn... let my pet loose to have fun and killed the The Thaumaturgist Piece of Cake... Dropped the Gossamer Robe and the Dagger of Marnek... trying to get some barbed stuff for another Character... but that's another story.
One neat thing happens each time I go to kill the Thurm - the necro thurm starts attacking the Thurm.s pet when I initiate the fight by blasting the thurm - then i just back off and let the other three battle it out. :)

I dropped in to Befallen (literally - best way is direct to 3rd floor as the room you need is right around the corner). When I arrived, the Thaumaturgist was up. Killed her and got the Dagger of Marnek and a Gossamer Robe. I was there for 4 hours (like exactly 4 hours). The timer is approx. 19 mins. as stated elsewhere so that make 12 spawns total. The Thauma pops in the center, junk mobs on the right by the spikes and the Priest on the left (very last spawn of course as I left after so 1 of 12). The Thaumaturgist popped 5 times out of the 12 rotations and she dropped the Dagger of Marnek 4 out of the 5 times (I looted her 3 times (2 daggers) and let two strangers jump in for one each. She also dropped the Gossamer Robe twice.
I had a druid in tow so I just ported out but the alternate way is to kill either of the Shadowknights as they each drop all 3 keys. I killed both of them during my wait and picked up the Barbed Legplates as well as the Bone Bladed Claymore. Good luck. Go see what happened regarding my Brother Basta er Raster non-camp.

just got the dagger with my monk, guess i got lucky, my necros gonna hold it until i have enough faction for purple headband. just keep looking for it, still drops )

I killed her just as many times and no dagger. Plus i petitioned twice complaining about it. Gm said 'did you know the zone was updated recently, maybe it drops else where'. ***** this damn thing. Want to buy purple headband. :P

is this quest worth it? if all you get is a purple headband? i mean what lvl 20 wants one of those? (what are stats on it anyway?)

IS it worth it he says. So you know the headband and sashes are required to complete the monk epic. (gloves that give 40% haste and make your fists into 9/17 weapons! + tons of stats) so yeah id say WORTH IT!

I stoped playing my necro at lvl 18, just got boring for awhile. So I transfered her equipment and started another character. I have started her up again though:) Could an 18 necro solo her? What mobs spawn around her that would agro? I don't want to transfer equipment again so I really need either of those robes, and the dagger=)
