Spy Document
Its actually on the 4th floor according to brewalls. Ran around on the 3rd and there is no spy and no way to get outside. 4th floor has an outside area just hug right til you find him. its labeled on map once you get to 4th, just click height filters.

Ok make sure you have quest disrupt the workshop first off. Head up the elevator through first door and up first ramp. top of first ramp turn left and take 2nd door on your right, through next door to 2nd ramp. top of the 2nd ramp through 2 doors then turn left down the hall way to 3rd door on left, take that to 3rd ramp. At top of 3rd ramp just head east through next 2 doors your outside then right to injured spy. hope it helps
Great directions, thanx! One thing to mention is keep invis up as there is a named mob at the top of the 3rd ramp as mentioned below. I forgot that and ouch, not long before ranger gate, oy!

I found HER and I hailed her, and all she tells me is "Go away and let me die in peace." I have the Clockwork seal on me. So what am I doing wrong?
To do this part of the quest for the access to the mansion here is what you do.
Before you go to the SHIP talk to Spymaster Gertrude in the tents in Fortress Mechanotus and get the single person mission "Disrupt the Workshop"
Then invis and make your way to the SHIP
Once you zone to the SHIP at the zonein is spy mark 1 sitting right there. Talk to him and get a disguise as a clockwork dude. It lasts for 999 minutes and wont wear off if all you do is walk around. Keep invis on anyway and head on up as captainrich has said.
The key thing is that you go up three ramps that are in the center of the building before you open a door to go outside of the building. Dont go off down any odd tunnels. Just stay in the middle or in the middle circle walkways of each level. after you talk to the injured spy, reinvis and make your way back down.
If you want to just drop the solo mission do it after you zone back to Fortress Mechanotus.

This works great.everything cons Dub so you can just run around.Took a little work finding the injured spy but once i found here it took under 2 minutes for my bot to run up there and do turn in.I did nothice the time on the illusion was under 60 minutes so keep an eye on that if you get really lost i guess.

OK. I forgot because of my illusion AA that mine lasts 999 minutes even though normal durations are shorter. My bad.
Is this doable without a full raid with all the see inv and see sos? Mobs hit like trucks and super fast so a single group can't clear the way either

I found the injured spy on loc (398.47, 259.03, 410.83). It is on third floor - outside the building.
The thing she gave me was called a "Spy Document".

As of today's patch, lots of See invis in building.
Aye, "strikers" seem to see thru it regularly.
Thanks for the information, but the disguise alone is not enough. There are some mobs on the 3rd floor that will see thourhg the disguise. However, these dont see invis.
So walking up with invisibility on i had no problems getting to the injured spy.

Doesn't show on tracking. She is on the top floor of the cetral building. Go up the elevator at ZI, inside the central round chamber, up the ramp to the 2nd lvl. Go left at the top of the ramp, 2 doors on the right takes you into a room with another door, throught that door to next ramp. Up to 3rd floor, find inside door to room to last ramp and you end in the top room, across the room is a door to a corridor that leads outside. Out and to the right is the spy.
