i hav seen it for sale and seen it linked in zone..2 times i saw it linked they said there was a pulsing light on the finger when the fighting was going on..altho i hav killed 100's and not seen one(((
Can this thing be soloed by a lvl 65 Necro?
easily, clear some other mobs, then pull with snare, fp, then sk, send pet and wait for summon. basic summon kiting from here, just keep dots on him and use tom if you get low on health

Please someone post where this mob is. I have yet to go to Veksar, but I NEED this ring, hehe. Thanks ahead of time.

I have fought in veksar many days and hours and killed many of these hands. I haven't seen anyone nor has anyone linked a drop of this.

cursed hands can drop em too; gotten 2 off animateds and one off a cursed hand.
