Last named I needed for the Hunter Achievement so I cleared every farmer in the general area. He spawned for me after the 3rd clear, at 3325,-1578. He popped with 3 angry farmers from the beginning and 3 more spawned at some point in the fight. The adds are grey cons to 110, weaker than most of the farmers. One aoe nuke killed them all.
Lunanyn takes some for the Hunter Achievement, a lot of mobs to spawn and kill.

If your a range fighter like a mage or necro, this guy is pretty easy. He will initially spawn with his 3 adds active and they will poof after a few seconds, then he's able to engage single. Once you get to a certain percentage he will spawn his 3 adds again, but at range, they will just remain static on top of him and not aggro. Once he dies, you can take the 3 adds, or train them off while a group mate loots.
He drops the neck most frequently and spawns from almost any of the farmers on the left side of the zone in area where they are all assorted along the hills. He seems more likely to spawn just to the left of the Hungry Spirit's camp valley a bit, on more than one of the levels as you get closer to the trees. There are 3 other PH's on these farmer hills as well, so if your not sure, just kill all the farmers you can.
Watch your faction however. Killing farmers will make them hate you, but the soldiers won't aggro after time. There may be a way to level it, I once heard that killing the soldiers at the sarith side of the zone would reverse faction, however I have never verified this.

Spawned for me at 2829.40, -1722.38, 44.73. A bit North of Geirdan Ath task giver.
PHs are tired farmers and farmers.
Seemed like the angry farmer adds came when An Angry Mob Leader was at about 50% health. However, when I saw An Angry Mob Leader spawn, he had 3 angry farmers spawn with him. The 3 adds despawned a couple of minutes later. Maybe the 3 adds are on a timer??

Three angry farmers spawned at roughly 50%...they were not there at beginning of fight. Conned LB as well with significantly less hp's and DPS than regular trash mobs. Was able to solo at level 100 BST, keeping warder on Named and me and Cleric merc providing the off-tanking.

This encounter seam to spawn 3 angry farmers at a certain stage. At least that is what happened to me when he was down to about 25%.
