The +5157, +326, -89 position matches up to where he spawned for me.
If you spawn PoValor & Aerin Dar via the Agent of Change, you only get a single set of mobs down below. They don't respawn in the instanced version of Valor. In the regular version, they have a 16m20s respawn time. I ended up parking a coth mage down there to assist in gaining access to that part of the zone again without having to wait for Aerin Dar.

Spawns beyond Aerin`Dar, in the underground passage leading to Halls of Honor.
This area can only be accessed while the planar projection is up and available folowing the Aerin`Dar kill.
Once the projection despawns, the door leading down the well and to the tunnels will no longer open.
Add to povalor_1.txt map file:

Seems to spawn pretty good in the canyon but could never get it to spawn in south west caves.
Has anyone gotten one to spawn recently in the sw caves (sleep walker) there's 3 mobs but I have yet to get one to spawn yet.
PH for this mob is "a Lumbering Beast", which spawn in the Sleep Walker's cave in the SW corner of the zone, and in the canyon that leads from the chamber below Aerin`Dar's platform to the HoHonor zone clicky. On the basis of spawn count, I recommend clearing the canyon if you're trying to spawn this mob; respawn time on the canyon Lumbering Beasts is 16 minutes.
