This is one of the critters you'll find in the caves to the right of the GY (as you face the zone wall). There seem to be two camps, OC (outer cave which does the 4 tree frogs outside and some of the closer to the entrance critters) and IC (inner cave, which does all the critters deeper inside the cave).
