Xounii Shifter is actually the roaming nasty pending on the area it's currently roaming.
As it roams around the cave, it morphs into cavernous lifesipper, a voracious beetle, and a cragbeast bonecruncher.
When you engage it, it attacks in either of 3 forms (listed above). For example, you engage cavernous lifesipper then at 50pct it morph into Tqiv Trusik Fanatic, then final morph is at 15pct in a Xounii Shifter (high elf) until death.

Notes: NPC has nasty dps 2k+ hits , migation disc slightly effective, and very fast attacker (even slowed). Make sure fast heals (pl, pr)are loaded. Anguish level players and high aa can 1 group it( 2 clerics).
