Fought him today and couldn't cast anything on him. Tash, malo, dots, nukes, nothing. Tried belly casting to test that and still nothing. It doesn't even give any immunity messages, it just acts like you didn't cast anything.

Killed him for the first time today while working on the Hunter achievement. He dropped the aug and nothing else. Not gloating (maybe a little bit) but at least it means he definitely does drop it still.

We were also after the AC aug.
We pulled Velishan to the southwestern corner and buried our caster noses in the corner. Not the wall but the corner, to avoid the fear.
My main is a shammy with every AA possible to own. Much to my chagrin I could not slow him :( !!!
Shucks all that fell was the Strap of Glee and ornaments .
Group was all lvlel 100's, wizard. necro, shaman, ranger, and mercs (healer, tank)

I was camping him for ac aug, which i apparntly needed as my sk went down, my box mages water pet took over tanking from 90% until dead, can confirm he does drop agro a lot and does fear (my sk died cause merc got feared), but when pet took over tanking never had an agro issue as water pet was able to out agro all other pets before anything happened, to help my mage is currently lvl 99 with em 13 and missing 7 ranks of combat durability and all ranks of sturdy companion, so not to bad of a named if water pet can tank it with that many aas missing :P dropped aug 2nd spawn, first was belt

Watch out for this dude, he likes to fear and gravity flux you. #1 - Have fearless people in group, #2 - Have levitation, #3 - Have tank be proactive on taunting because he likes to drop tank's hate and turn on DPS!
