Solo'd, 75 Mage w/ 10k+mana, easy fight - 65 shm buffs, ten2, mage pet buffs, 1.5 buff, stanced - didnt even have to heal pet. Rages, btw.
Also drops "A Collector's Nohope Moss".
Contrary to popular belief, he's not 100% Resistant to stuff.. Pulled w/ Mala (landed), was able to pop him w/ a few firebased nukes.. Also landed magic-based DoT.
He resisted all fire spells 100% of the time. He resisted all poison spells 100% of the time. He resisted all magic spells 100% of the time. He resisted all disease spells 100% of the time.
Most of the SK spells land, but not darkness. Will have to check and see what the mr and dr resist checks are on them.
I get Bond of Inruku, Blood of Inruku, Inruku's Bite, Touch of the Devourer, and Tough of Innoruuk , to all land fairly frequently. Sometimes resisting blood and devourer.

i say that they should change the fabled ulump next year from 2-8 hours to 1 hour exact because ive been trying 8 times 2-4 hours each and i havent even fought a fabled then right when i do a bathroom break camping the fabled ulump a 70 mage and 70 cleric come in and they kill him now i say thats not that fair but i can take killing regular ulump and then waiting 1 hour but after that it was 3 1/2 hours and he didnt spawn so i called it a night and ever science then i havent been able to kill fable (note when your fabled hunting you should pay attention and get some people you can trust thats why Soe should make the fabled ulump a 1 hour spawn after u kill the regular ulump) thank you =)
They just had him timed is all. The spawn is every 2 hours, "maybe" 5 mins under. Can be a ph of regular ulump. Can be fabled multiple times in a row.
When camping him, I've done it each way. Sit until he respawns, or kill, log out, and log in 10 mins before he is due in 2 hours, and kill the next. Have given out 4 runes already to friends, and have one to sell.

I say BS on ur magelo. Musta took u tons of time to do all the looking around for the best... For instance One if u were going for GM and u have Eulogy and Bulwark of bravery U wouldnt go and have bazu augs u would have Last Blood... TWO if u went and had eulogy and bulwark of bravery as well as the gear u have which is alot of demi some demi teir 2. YOU SURE AS HELL WOULDNT BE CARRYING AROUND UR EPIC 1.5 and not your 2.0 or 2.5.. So before u come around trying to give hints and tips on a mob u know nothing about get a life. Considering ulump cant be spawn camped as he is -/+1 hour on his camp.
Ulump Pujluk & The Fabled Ulump Pujluk are found /spawn in the swamp of No Hope down on the swamp land just North East of the Froglok city. They spawn very very close to the Froglok Quest NPC named Dugroz. The spawn timer is between 1 hour and 45 minutes and 1 hour and 49 minutes. The fabled version of Ulump seemed to spawn for me about once out of every 3 or 4 spawns. I have tried to solo the fabled version of Ulump 5 times with my level 70 monk. I defeated the fabled version on 3 of those fights and twice had to feign death with the mob at 3% or 4% health. I had to use 4 or 5 of my disc's with good crits in order to defeat the mob without any help. I had a conviction buff, 10% clicky haste buff and skin of flame damage shield "potion" buff for each fight. The Fabled Ulump dropped the fabled haste earring for me every time I killed him. Well after Server merger of Sol Ro and BB, this guys spawn rate seems to be very rare, he went from a 2.5 hour - 3 hour spawn to like 7 to 8 hour spawn... I have been camping him since server merger which came up at 4pm est on the 23 when he was first up and its now 12am est and he still has not spawned... Wonder if the merger changed the spawn rate on this guys..
Not a hard fight, all the info about how hard he hits is present in other posts. One thing to note, do not expect to slow him using Turgurs / Forlorn Deeds etc as he resists every magic based spell. Didn't try disease slow (will next time I meet him). Icebane was the only nuke I tried, that landed fine.
As for tank aggro, "enraging blow" type procs were working fine, they don't seem to have a resist check. In any case spells generate as much aggro when resisted as not, or in the case of concussion, reduce aggro when resisted or not.
Tried to duo with a 67 bardy and 65 druid. Didn't work out very well because Bardy couldn't land slow and I had to chain heal. Didn't take long for me to steal aggro and have to evac. =/
Just a warning, if you're planning to try this guy, realize your tank might have trouble with aggro because of all the magic resists..and there won't be any slow either. You pretty much have to take him down by keeping a meleer or several melee people alive.
Tried him today. 67 pali and i think 62 pali and cleric and 58 druid. he complete healed himself about 3 times and druid evacced. he complete healed at about 50%. fought till cleric oom. he rolled around 350 to 450 barely missed if at all. no casts but he is no joke. not sure if he palli or just some wierd complete heal hes got. if pali his LoH recast is super small.
I lost track of what time exactly I had killed him..but he spawned 1 or 2 hours later I think..just an estimate. (You never know, he could be on a completely random spawn timer.)
