As I was editing my character, I noticed that I couldn't add an augment that I currently have on him. Then I looked up the item and noticed that you don't have a slot for an augment. It should have Slot 1, Type 7 Needs to be updated.
This should be flagged as a Kunark item.

Got it on my 1st try. :). 3 boxed 67 cleric, 66 druid, and 64 warrior.

Ulump Pujluk & The Fabled Ulump Pujluk are found /spawn in the Swamp of No Hope down on the swamp land just North East of the Froglok city. They spawn very very close to the Froglok Quest NPC named Dugroz. The spawn timer is between 1 hour and 45 minutes and 1 hour and 49 minutes. The fabled version of Ulump seemed to spawn for me about once out of every 3 or 4 spawns. I have tried to solo the fabled version of Ulump 5 times with my level 70 monk. I defeated the fabled version on 3 of those fights and twice had to feign death with the mob at 3% or 4% health. I had to use 4 or 5 of my disc's with good crits in order to defeat the mob without any help. I had a conviction buff, 10% clicky haste buff and skin of flame damage shield "potion" buff for each fight. The Fabled Ulump dropped the fabled haste earring for me every time I killed him. I sold 2 of the earrings for 30K each in the Bazaar on Vaz. I hope this information helps. Good Luck.

Where is your fable? Well, on my server it was camped 4 days straight by the same guild/group and hoarded to be sold for 500k a piece in the bazaar. The drop rate was nerfed (far too late imo) because of the numerous petitions and /feedbacks, which have most likely occurred on a number of servers.

Anyone that pays 500k for a 31% haste item, no mater where you can put it, has to have his head examined. You can get the player made 40% haste augment for less then 200k, no to mention that there are a ton of haste items for less then 100k that have a hell of a lot better haste %.

Well after Server merger of Sol Ro and BB, this guys spawn rate seems to be very rare, he went from a 2.5 hour - 3 hour spawn to like 7 to 8 hour spawn... I have been camping him since server merger which came up at 4pm est on the 23 when he was first up and its now 12am est and he still has not spawned... Wonder if the merger changed the spawn rate on this guys..

Yes, it is tradeable and also not lore atm. Can farm all you want for now, but definitely look for a nerf soon. Just like the Fabled JBooots from last year where you could cast the spell on your friends or other players was quickly nerfed to self only.
Doesnt it seem odd that this piece of Fabled gear is DROPPABLE, yet all the rest of the Fabled loot is No Drop?

Seems odd yea but I am glad its not. I duoed him and with as many frogs in area was going to be hard to keep corpse locked while I ran monk to get till I noticed it wasn't No Drop.

Spawntime could be random..but killed him once and waited for him to spawn again.. took around 1 or 2 hours. (kinda lost track of the time when we killed him, so this is an estimate.)

Ok i went and did him today im a 70 monk with 6265 hp and 1478 ac i tanked him hardes he hit me was 493, he was fairly easy killed with 66 mage ,70 monk,69 bard, 67 cleric , 61 druid , and a 69 cleric . was a short fight took no time at all.

The Fabled Ulump Pujluk is somewhere between 57 and 64. Sorry I can't narrow it down more... we didn't stop to consider before we killed it. However it was red to a 55 and Db to a 65.
You can find him around -130, -1800 in the swamp of no hope. We did him with 2 full groups (65 Cleric, 66 Bst, 56 Cleric,2 Druids and melee all 53-55) without much trouble.
He did drop the essence required for the Druid Epic 1.0.
