I've now spent over 16 hours keeping this guys PH'ers dead as well as surrounding Oashim and he still has not spawned for me. Ugh.
Maybe you should spend Christmas Day a little more productively - and Santa would give you a nice treat rather than the lump of coal that you got.

Don't be mean. Maybe he does not celebrate Christmas, or maybe this is how he celebrates Christmas. Just because people don't do the exact same thing you do on Christmas, does not mean they are not being productive.

He Summons and stuns, hard to kite.
Another spawn spot for this guy with oashim PH is at 1135, -230, in the large crater.
location ( p 970 x n 128 x n50) ph was either a mature oashim or an oashim
The note at the top of this quest write-up doesn't include the negative sign in front of the second value. There's a mature oashim at p970, n128, n50, but nothing at p970, p128, n50.

There are two static mobs at that loc, and both can be an adult oashim as well as a mature oashim.
