Two guards level 68 which are not mezzable but easily slowable.
She then becomes active, and spawns two level 56 ukun pets which are mezzable and disappear after about 15-20seconds. She's easily slowable.
Pixtt Sem`tach then spawns who is basically a duplicate of Pixtt Nemis. She drops the braclet.

Did you turn in the report for the quest to her? When you do that two mobs spawn and attack and then when you kill them, she attacks.

The name of this mob is Pixtt Nemis, not Pixxt, tracked it as of 5/31/05 near the first Ikkinz group trial entrance
