If you go to the hall which leads to Icewell Keep, there is a little hallway to ur right leading down to some caves. Take the right path and climb down a ladder then jump over the tracks where u pull orecarts. Finally u'll crossed the last gap and there to ur left is a small entrance. Just inside it the road splits in two take the right and there behind a big crystal is Normon..

As I am just starting this quest and have never been in the mines, any hints/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Like where does this guy spawn? If I am an ally to the coldains, will anything aggro in the mines? Thanks

did they nerf this guy to despawn, he is not where he should be.

Its not so much of that...people think they can kill NPC's..but when they know they have lost they can run and make him go out of is selling area.
