This guy is an Amygdalan, a race of Nautilus-headed people that Cazic-Thule created to guard his plane. By the way, what's this guy's story?

No idea what his story is. Personally, I'd love to learn the lore of all the named mobs in this specific area of the plane, they seem to be the cream of the crop of PoJ's prisoners.
Looks more like a chambered nautilus with a body to me. Don't they use the same models in PoF? (that would be fear, not fire)
