The PH's are indeed "a flamewing protector" and may be in all 3 of the tunnels. The respawn timer on these protectors is 18 minutes. It seems to technically be roughly 17 minutes and roughly 30 seconds. After 7 spawns of Nefori, he dropped the aug for me, not sure if this is the regular drop frequency or I just had bad luck.
