I have been trying to camp EoH for a week now i kill the PH all the time and i cant get here to pop? am i doing something wrong? pls help.

Got lucky... zoned in, and the PH for MoM was up. Killed PH, came back a little over half an hour later, and MoM was up. Killed her, she dropped the essence (does it drop every time?). One less headache to have to deal with =)
I spent about 13 hours looking for this girl and it spawned! I got essence and the sword. WOW I am happy

Ive killed her about 15 times now, killed the Overlord 15 times as well. You can run between these camps with invis no problem. So far Ive only gotten one spawn and it was the Mistress. She did not drop the essence however. She only dropped the ranger sword. You know I was happy to see that....
So, before you get a bit too excited when you see her spawn after 8 hours, realize she may not even have the darn essence. This is one of those very boring camps as well, find something good to watch on tv.

Kept the mistress room cleared for around 12-13 (20+ PH) hours and when I was just about to give up she popped and dropped essence. GL.

Was camping this mob + the Overlord for my sk's 1.5 prequest and both names popped on the 3rd spawn. Overlord didnt have essence but Mistress did. Am glad I didnt have to camp it all day; camping suxxor. Sponagebob's map helped alot to thx. :-)

Was about to call it a night, and she pops on the 10th spawn. As stated, 30 minute respawn timer, undead, gimp. I suggest an oven timer, fluffy pillow, and psp to pass the time... as these camps can drive anyone nuts. Good luck dark brethern!

Here is a full map of New Plane of Hate . All the camps are marked with numbers and by tier . If this isnt working for you to find the camp then i don't know what will .
Currently been camping Overlord and Mistress for about 4-5 hours now and still no sign of either.

Even as a rather poorly geared 70 sk, i was able to solo this mob. I was fully buffed (minus Brells) and had 9.7k hp and only 1753 ac. Was pretty easy. When clearing the pher, I made sure i killed the malevolent banshee (most common, if not 100% pher) first, so i could pull Mistress before the other mob popped.
I hit her with Blood of Inruku, Fest Darkness, and just kept tapping when necessary. With my poor ac, i did pop Soul Guard, but I also was using it as timer to time her spawn, lol. I also dt'd her simply because I had been camping her for months without her even spawning. She spawned once over a 2 month period and didnt even drop the essence.
All and all, a cakewalk mob. Other non-named mobs in the zone are more difficult than she is, honestly.
One part of 1.5 prequest done.....two to go, lol.

After camping her for around 2 weeks I finally got her to spawn and absolutely owned her with my 70 shd (8.8K unbuffed) and 51 shaman who landed togor's on first cast.

Aight, here is the scoop guys, This chick is a wimp... Solo'd her w/ my 70 Rogue using healing potion... she doesnt really hit that hard, :D She has so far been in the zone everytime ive gone in. GL all you SKs :P,

Drops Essence of Hate, which is a piece for the SK 1.5 epic....expect a 6 hour camp on her, PH likes to visit frequently, and like most old worlds, 30 minute respawn time...=P
