Master of the Watch  

Took me a while to camp this guy. I was clearing the entire circle room in the center of the map, the same room where the other named (Elite K'illga something) in the map spawns. In all the clears, I got the Elite named 3x all in the same spot in the middle of the room. Eventually the Master of the Watch spawned in the SE "corner" of the room (PH was always a noc, I believe).

Someone else in chat said it spawned in the SW spot, and the image above shows it in the center spot sharing a PH with the Elite named. Goode's maps has it marked in the NE "corner."

So while I only witnessed it in the SE "corner", it seems likely it can spawn in most or all spots in the room. Best way to get it is likely just keep that room clear as well as the 3-4 roamers that path through.

TBH I only went there once.. but.. when you zone in.. invis.. head back(to the right)..

You dont go very far in honestly.. you come to big open round room with like.. crumbled walls etc all over and ALOT of mobs in there..

The Noc Scout is the PH for the Signet mob.. and its the same room.. No idea WHICH mob was the ph.. they spawn FAST.. aggro is LARGE.. all level 70s.. alot of roamers and we had lol like 7 mobs at once.. np for us..

I am level 70 pally main.. all stunable.. even named.. even signet mob.. easy room.. (imho) although be careful.. you could box this place with a slower.mezzer.healer.tank but dont be stupid.. you get the entire room and sig ph and the 3-5 roamers and your toast lol

You cannot MISS the room im talking about trust me. 2 named and signet mob all in same place
