Ok done this a few times now so here's my take of it.
Tank Haru to 75% he despawns and 3 adds spawn.
Adds arent mezzable and are pretty tough. The big thing here is the AE's. They hammer everyone close to em so tank em in the pit and have your casters at max range. Some will still die most likely.
Once all 3 are dead Haru comes back, tank to 50%. 2 adds same as before.
Haru spawns again, tank to 25%. 1 add same as before.
Haru spawns go for the kill.
Pretty quick fight in reality but you need to have your OT'rs and support sorted out because if one of the adds gets loose they make quick work of the silkies. If you survive wave 1 the others should be no problem.
I cant recall offhand how hard Haru hits ..think 3k (I'd have to ask our Tank). The adds hit for up to 2k if I remember correctly. Not bad for a Time/Qvic geared SK/Pally to OT.
For the AE I popped Infusion last fight and resisted most of them so if you have it this may be a lifesaver for a lot of folks.
