- -950, 1580, 60
- -1045, 1665 (PH "an Obliteration oracle"; appears to be the only ogre in the area)

There is only one spawn but it varies between a few spots. There is NOT one static spawn location. Track helps but isn't necessary since the roaming range is fairly small.
Camped her for about 4 hours. Killed 17 'obliteration oracles' and 3 groomb's. First two groombs dropped the spear. Finally got my bow on the last drop.

10 minute respawn. PH is obliteration oracle. 2 out of 3 spawns was the namer and both times it dropped 2HP. Still looking for the bow

Just checked this and he spawned right on top of me

She appeared in the far south west part of the zone. She was roaming north so thankfully I got to her before she ran into any humans and high elves.
She is the hardest of the named mobs I have fought in this zone. She is a long fight, took 5 min, but a lot of that was due to not being prepared for with the right spells memed.
cure disease/poison spells come in handy here.
She dotted the war, unsure what it was, but should be in the SK line for a lvl 81-81. She looks more like a shaman if you ask me.
Be prepared for a hard hitting and a boat load of hp's by this highly attractive mob.

The bow seems to be the rarer drop. Killed twice tonight and dropped the spear both times.
Saw her fighting some army of light people at the camp south of zone at negative 952 positive 1222. She was doing good too. She got one of em down to 7% but then for some reason switched to the other which she was able to drop to 50% of its hp before they killed her.
just killed her and she was an even con to my 82 cleric, dropped the bow :)

Spawns in the area between Kroneld/Obliteration agents and Avenwood Hamlet in the southwest of map. PH is "an Obliteration oracle" who roams a little in the area but not very far. No static spawn point, but random within a certain area. Can't miss it usually.
I noticed once, Groomb Mystseer can despawn if left alone and the PH will respawn. Just have to keep killing PH then again.

Saw her as a wandering mob, down around most south eastern house in the zone, where you light the boxes on fire. Summons, Slowable, Imune to Runspeed Changes, hit top end at 1900's.
