What Norrathian hasn't heard of the Battle of Bloody Kithicor, one of the most notable events in Norrathian history?

Not so long ago, two great armies converged on the Kithicor Forest for one of the largest and bloodiest battles in Norrath's history. Lanys T`Vyl, the Child of Hate and Firiona Vie, the Chosen of Tunare brought their armies to Kithicor to wage war for the fate of Antonica. Of all the "Past Time" sections in this expansion, this is the strangest to me. The reason is that I "lived" through it. I keep expecting to see old friends in the tunnels or at the druid ring.

ok. this will be complicated. I spent the past 5 days here. I have found 6 different phs and general paths. It is similar to ocean green village where you have undead pathing around as phs, but they stick to a general area. Its the same here. There are specific phs, specific mobs are phs, but they must have their own code to differentiate them from other mobs. they have generalized spawns and paths. Once a name popped, I would wait and follow it if i could ( depends on if other people were in zone killing trash). I would pull 20 - 40 of the trash mobs ( wolves, bears, snakes and spiders) and kill any bixie I saw while doing so. I would do that 3 times, once for west once for center and once for east. then log onto my 52 ranger to track while repops happened.
1) from approx pos 850 x neg 250 ( just south of void zone in) heading west to approx pos 850 x pos 750 is one path for name
2) from approx pos 50 x po 1110 (a little west of Dragonheart Regiment) heading south towards Avenwood house approx neg 610 x pos 1020 is another path
3) west of 2 in a north south direction approx 500 units over is another path. I got named there twice (wolf and spider) but never actually got to path them out.
4) further to the east, at neg 450 x neg 1175 heading north/north west to 0 x neg 1000 is another path.
5) more east, neat the lake, at Silverwing regiment around loc neg 500 x neg 1650, I got both bear and snake names to pop. I never found their path either.
6) and I saved the complicated one for last. I followed this spawn several times. It took weird varying paths. AllI can do is give you the numbers and you can try to make sense of it. start at pos 800 x neg 1250. thats just outside a building which is south west of Darktide Lancers. From there it went either east, southeast or south to 3 different locations. if it went east it went far east - to pos 700 x neg 2500. if it went south east it stopped on top of the hill at pos 500 x neg 1900. and if it went south it stopped near Innoruuks Chosen at pos 400 x neg 1300.
I got widow at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. I got ebony stalker at 1 and 2. I got razorfang at 5. I got bixie soldier at 6.

Good Luck

edit. I was done, but had to get ranger out. when i logged back in, a large kodiak was up. not needing it anymore, I took my time with it. It spawned around location 5 listed above. at specifically neg 160 x neg 1740 ( a flat spot up the hill north east of Silverwing and northwest of the lake. This particular spawn travelled in 3 different directions but always returned to this starting spot. it went west a short distance (140 units travel - not even down off the hill) or south halfway to the lake and back, and south west through the silverwing camp and near the lake also.

Locations are nice, but in general I think best approach was the one I took. Gather up as many as you can and slaughter. I dont like it, but being a surgeon here will only lead to frustration.

My low 70s toons are having a lot of fun doing the source of supply task and killing the red animals. They are not as strong as most red cons.
Annoying

Don't know about anyone else but this zone is just annoying to me. Endless stupid animals that wander through camps and guards don't do anything.
spooky, eh?

Bah. Who's afraid of the big bad wolf? He's just another drooling mutt.
Scary place.

When the expansion first came out, I went exploring on my 70 mage. Zoned in here randomly and left straight away. Scary scary place. brings back memories of night runs in Kithicor Forest :)
