I walked in the room and he was up and he droped the boots hehe good luck

He is one of the three that spawns around the fire pit in the center of the table room. Usual PH is "a goblin flame master".
I've kill around 30 of him (lots of leveling there) never, not once, have I seen the stupid chain mail. Got the boots every time though. :)

I have been killing the table spawn, but i was unable to spawn him. Does anyone know what spawn point is his. Is it in the little house in next to the tables? I noticed 3 spawns in there and 3 on the tables and was not sure what one he spawns at. Any help please.

Geez, I was getting used to named spawning often in places like BoT.
Flame Master Japal is taking forever to spawn argh. The guy that dropped Sword of the Bloodsworn also took a similarly long time to spawn.
IMO if prices are cheap for whatever you want from this dungeon, then buy it instead of camping it. I'd rather get XP and "possible" loot instead of "possible" loot and barely any XP. Hours ago in the bazaar when I first thought about camping these boots I saw them for 6K, I think I'll be heading over and buying them if they don't drop soon ugh...

This guy finally spawned after about 6 hours clearing the spawn. He spawns NNE of the campfire in the middle of the tables. Dropped boots for me which is good because that's what I came for!
The Table Room...I'm a little lost (I'm new to Droga). Is this the room with the 3 tables set up in a U shape with a fire in the middle, with something roasting over it? I just want to make sure because I camped that room, and the one down the hall, for about 4 hours and never saw Japal. I could really use those boots...If anybody can please confirm that the one I camped was the table room, I'd very much appreciate it.

Yes, that is the correct room.
Since it looks like an upside down "U", it's called the table room.

this camp is really a good place to exp in droga the reason being is that you can camp 2 named spawns with relative ease that are right next to eachother. The flame master's common drop is the kingly boots and his rare is the chain mail, which is nice but its low ac offsets the high hp's that it has. The other anmed is the bone caster which spawns down a small tunnel by the table. The little alcove with the tunnel leading down to the bone caster is a totally safe spot to camp/afk/re-invis as there is no wanderes that path there. All the mobs in this area can easily be single pulled using pacifation, etc.
As previously posted, he does spawn in the table room. Within the tables are three goblin spawns and Flame Master Japal (or his PH) is the northern most spawn of those three.
Nothing special about him either. He's basically just a Goblin Flame Master with a fancy name. The boots are definately his common drop.
