I was camping this and the other named in the large circular room north of the entrance. Both Brewall's and Good's maps indicate a specific spawn but I had her spawn in the most SW spawn point in the room as well as the one labeled on the map. If you're looking for her (and probably Master of the Watch who I haven't got yet), you should clear the entire room.

The correct spelling is "Elite Pixxt K`illiga"
an elite noc sprayblood
in here with a group of all 70's signet farming and this spawned on us and it was a white con to me so dont think level is listed correctly..
