Don't really see this mentioned in the comments section, but: Bring a melee. Something melee dps. Bring it and have it hit hard. Guy has a lot of HP and very magic resistant. Paladin hate spell wouldn't land, nor any spell for that matter. No slows, like one shaman dot, practically nothing a Wizard Merc did, and the only thing Paladin could land was Stuns to keep aggro.
This dude does not bode well with magic classes, you're going to need a melee of some kind. Call up your local Rogue, Monk, or Berserker. This is the best suggestion I have. Unless you want to brute force it out with a bunch of magic classes. Choice is yours.

4th of July - bonus and I still haven’t seen this guy ! Started Wednesday July 3 is now July 7th and nothing At least 20 clears ... now this zone was crazy busy on luclin-strom server ... there’s been 20 peeps in this zone any any given time - busiest zone I’ve seen in a while ! So it’s possible he’s come and gone several times .. dog and trainer at entrance and dude @ end of dock I’ve never seen.... that’s in 5 days and 3-4 hrs per day ..
Finally got him... drop axe for SK .. nice treat .. saw him once “on track†2 weeks earlier, but someone beat me to him ..
