I think the spawn time on this mob is separate from the other 3 mobs as once every few hours 4 mobs spawn at this site instead of the usual 3 and it is when the 4th mob spawns that there is a chance for this named mob to spawn, same with Lhurgoz the Decayed spawn.
Also drops: Torrent of Fatigue and Circle of Seasons
It spawned at the middle position of three Thought Leeches, after about 12 cycles.
It spawns at the dead end closest to the chasm opening closest to the bridge.
The spawn time, as with other mobs in The Deep, is 19 minutes or so.

anyone know how much he hits for or max hps also wishing to know if anyone thinks a 56 beast with 4.5k hps and 3.7k mana buffed could fight him also 1k ac and max str any info would be appreciated

Spawns at -94, 102 where there are three blue rocks at a dead end.
If you aren't good with locs, the path that opens closest to invis bridge where there is a dead end path between the mouth of the path and a three-way, Chasm Overseer spawns at the end of that dead end.
