His PH is a sarnak ghost, which as far as I can see, is the PH for all of the rare ghosts in this zone.
Spawned in the southern resurrectionist room. Saw him once in about 36 hours.

The 3rd of the 3 ghost rares in Charb. He wonders from Koro's room to the entrance of the castle and then throughout the castles various hallways. Doesn't go into the caves with the Chokidai. Lvl varies as I've seen him as 60 and as 63. He can be slowed(mitigates). Hits for 260ish max. Seems to have a 50/50 chance at the loot. Seen both drop a dozen or so times. Not bad at all.
