This is a named phantasm.

• Casts Phantasmal Curse (random single target debuff that reduces casting level by 260; will not hit most hated target; has 50 curse counters) 5 seconds after engage, and then every 20 seconds.
• Casts Chilling Embrace (random targeted AE stun + root + nuke for 70,000 dmg + DOT for 10,000/tick) 15 seconds after engage, and then every 30 seconds.
