Talk with Mabangtah in Eltnen at Mabangtah's Hideout once you have reached at least Level 21. Description Level 23 The Strongest Spear Collect 15 Koa Tree logs and bring them to Mabangtah. Koa Log (15) (PW/AA) Mabangtah needs logs to make spear shafts. Obtain the logs he needs in the Manduri Forest and bring them to him. Basic Reward XP † 4,500

This is a Harvesting quest. Extract Vitality (140p) or better is required to complete this quest. If you do not have the skill to harvest the items needed yourself, most (but not all) Harvesting quests will update no matter how the items are obtained. You may buy or trade for them, or receive them from a friend.
