Skill Manuals for this cannot be bought from trainers. They are only available as mob drops.

Summon Wind Spirit I can drop from any of the Wind Spirits or Water Spirits at Holy Ground of Miraju or Starving Word (PW/AA)s at Northern Tolbas Forest in Verteron, or at Heart of Impetusium, as well as from Needletail Karnifs at Moslan Forst in Altgard.

Summon Wind Spirit II drops from Wind Spirits in the Wind Chamber of the Sky Temple of Arkanis in Morheim, and from Water Spirits at the Mystic Spring of Anathe in Eltnen.

Summon Wind Spirit III is known to drop from Flame Barghests at Geroch Caldera in Eltnen, and Cruel Worgs and Ferocious Worgs in Asmodae.

Summon Wind Spirit IV is known to drop from Wind Spirits at Gust Valley in Theobomos. This includes all of the Foul Wind Spirits, Angry Wind Spirits and Howling Gust Spirits found there. Also from Grove Moskies and Swamp Moskies in Asmodae.
