Description	Assigns /seacom to the specified search comment category. *Categories:* expparty mission quest item battlefield others *Subcategories:* Seek Party, Want to Sell, Need Make Find Member, Want to Buy, Can Make Other
Example	/seacomup "expparty" 2 /scu "mission" 1
Related Commands	Seacom

If no category/subcategory is specified, the option defaults to "Others/Other".
