Found him in the pelucid zone in area with all the other dwarves (outside the burynai tunnel on the right).

I found him in one of the big areas in Underquarry. The one with the little pond. He was up at loc -16.82, -421.62, -185.28. He was in a group of 3 dwarfs (he being the 3rd). He also dropped Celestrium Encrusted Brachial Clay.

I can confirm that the /loc that Sotosan gives is 100pct correct. I killed from the tunnel. Area has a small water area and a pit with lava in it. Killed all 3 dwarf mobs on the hill. I suspect there are a few more PH'ers in that area, but i got the Bloodbound Ruby and will not be back.

been camping the pit area off and on for about 3 days now and havent seen this guy can anyone confirm where he spawns down here plz
Got this mob tonight. It spawned in the "pit area" aka Goralf room off of a dwarf, Underquarry Stonecutter. Dropped the Band of the Valorstriker listed above.
Are you sure? 34 phs now and nothing. Perhaps it pops off of other stonecutters in the zone. Can anyone confirm this?
