Lynuga is a female troll who is an uncomon spawn in Inothule, right infront of guk, if you give her a ruby u have a chance of geting <a target="new" href="https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=1933">Ivandyr's Hoop</a> .. it is nice i have goten a few but it can be very rare.. can be 1 in 40+

Well, that is a BS quest. I handed in 5 SMR and got a chunk of shiny metal each time! So I doubt seriously it's a 50/50 chance...if it even drops at all anymore.

I also handed 5 SMR to this guy and got chunks everytime. I got tired of farming SMR and quit.

I went in with a Dwarf Rogue (Brell Serilis) Lots of Mobs seemed KOS .. even this one.. but none attacked me. Most could see through Hide. But I lost the Corpse on my way back to Zone - a Ratman Warr killed me. Happened 2 Times, so I decided to call a Nec for Corpse Summon.

Hmmm, did anyone ever try giving him a shint brass shield, halberd, idol, or anything??? Try that and you might just get some results,

I have never been there but i do alot of checking on zones and stuff and maybe that gold lined heretic cloak that everyone is talking about could b given to him since he want's something shiny.Just my 2cp worth.

If you just hail him with a halfling rogue (they are not kos in the hole) he says nothing. But we were able to make it up to kejar with a single group, which is not an easy task, there are 23 rock golems in the building, But, kejar splits and poofs before you can even kill him saying something like "Gimme Shiny Gimme Shiny"
I found this odd and tried to give him some stuff with my rogue to see what he would do. I tried plat, my dagger and a few other things and to each i got the reply from him that "This is not SHINY, I want SHINY!"
This makes me think that there is some quest involved with these 2. Hope this Helps.
