Hurgo and the other human fishermen can be lower level then 8. The first time I saw them, they conned green to my level 10 SK. Then, I killed them and took their spears. Any idea who else, besides the fishermen, are on The Humans faction?

When you kill these guys your faction goes down with 'The Humans.

This creep has carried a few plat before(evil races should kill before going into town). This is some of the only decent loot here.
