This is a hoax/misprint. There is no "Diddle D," only a "Fiddle D" as listed in Mobs by Zone.
Didle D does exist 'cause I just killed him. He dropped the Flail of Redemption this time. Just updating this post since it's been 10 years.

Confirmed this mob still exists. Was up on my track on 17/10/12 at 15:54.
I can confirm this guy exists. I belive it can spawn from any clockwork overseer much like its brother Fiddle D, the spawn I saw him was south of farm on the other side of road. Dropped the Flail of Redemption. Trying to spawn Clik-Nik and I have had multiples of Fiddle D, 1 Diddle D, couple of Arachnotron (sp) and a few of the other one, Ton-tin I think it is, just no Clik..
I haven't played much in DsH for a while, but Fiddle D and Diddle D used to both spawn, and could both be up at the same time.
Actually, just logged on to Xegony, and both up on track. Both just S of farm.
