Giving this guy vampyre blood gives you the faction for dark haven traders and the stout. I gave him 22 bloods and now amiable faction.
This faction quest should be added to the Zone.

All that needs to be done now is return this extract along with the other antidote supplies that i have prepared to Zimloro.Will you return this extract?

he hands you the antidote.It looks like a small bag but can be put in one of your bags.
he says something about taking the antidote to Zimloro but doesnt say where he is(I'm guessing ethier katta or maybe shadowhaven because of his faction hits)
he also says something here about resting his wounds in katta. The wounds that the vampires gave him, maybe you need to bring the completed antidote back to him? will post more as I figure things out
