Dude seems to be a pretty rare spawn.
And the earrings never drop! Been here for 3 weeks now!

Can confirm, not sure of posted location, but he will spawn in the room at the end of the tunnel east of farm. Room location is +2280, -1300 at the end of the tunnel. He dropped Firelight Earring. Just to clear any confusion with posting here and mapfiend dl maps location of him.

Found him up in the NW corner, the Clockwork Overseers seem to be his PH.
