	As of 11/25/10, you CANNOT bypass turning in Cicero's Torn Notebook. There are no keywords to say to request the task without the turn in. Both Brovil Pallivineg and Model XG CVIII are unresponsive to anything other than the turn in of the torn notebook. Don't waste your time trying to start the

	I have killed tons of these, I'm on vulak now and I have killed around 100 just got one to drop off a Greenwood. Not sure that I have ever looted one before. I have seen them drop in groups in fm, but never won roll. Good luck they still drop just not often.
