Yes . just not guardian of circle effects like off of DK clickies.

This is targetable and on the same recast timer as Cyclone Blade/whatever the lamer one is called. The missions get harder each time but I was more than able to tank anything thrown my way at 13k/2250. This disc is cheap, quick reuse and targetable, I see plenty of potential. The gear recieved is slightly less the ele quality and seems rather useless for anyone capable of attaining it in the first place. The junk isn't tributable either, whatever!

Shouldn't be a problem. We have not started the 68 yet, but we just finished the 70 spell quest. We did it with the family alt warrior at 12.7k buffed. Prolly can't do the <Hard> version tho!!
Its part of the DoD 'Spell Missions' serious of quests. There are I believe 5 seperate missions to run, the last two have a rather evil named to kill. Example: final mission you have to kill 7 powerful 'trash' mobs that are 69 and 70 and swing up to 1500's in quad. When all 7 are dead you must beat down the same named 3 times to win. He has around 350k hps, swings 1400's with defensive. The early ones arent quite as hard but they are longer and ramp up to this one. The level 70 spell missions are meaner and the final fight is barely possible for a group. You get a rather nice goodie at the end of each lvl68 mission roughly the same as elemental gear. Guessing the end bit for the 70 one would be closer to Time level.
