No one.

this can not be cured, if you are in the zone this will be in effect. To gain access to the Demi-plane you need to beat 5 raid mobs, each of which increases the levels of this "curse." This is the 5th lvl of that curse I believe. It was just a way to make these encounters more difficult, and IMO it was a good idea to negate a certain amount of worn effects on high end gear.

This is said below, can read a little before askin, might save you some time.

Is it -200 to the cap for disease and poison or just -200?
Endurence Regen

Not true...if you carry around a bard or two in your raid (which u would be dumb not to) u could also use the bards AE Mana/Hp song as an endurence regen...

Note exactly true on the endurence Regen...Bards Mana/HP song also regens endurence just so u know

Out of all the negative effects it is the snare that is the most frustrating. On various encounters kiting could be an efficient strat but given the large movement reduction, which if you have been in the zone is alot more then 30%, kiting is not an option.

Zone-wide AoE in DREADSPIRE, THE DEMI-PLANE OF BLOOD.

More to the asside, this thing's unresistable, so it'll affect all in zone without resists.

Lowers:
All stats, Poisen&Disease resists- 200 each
Movement- 30%
Attack (ATK)- 300

Drains:
HP/tick: 20
Mana/tick: 20
Endurance/tick: 10

The way I see it, it cancels out 20 HP regen, say a third of the new regen from Druids (and Shammies?), 20 mana regen (cancels the mana regen portion of C5), and.. what regens endurance over a decent period of time?

In short, equipment has become far too ubber. Its really sickening, in many ways. I quit back in the Velious era.. I honestly can't believe how sickeningly rigged these things are. Sony truly destroyed the balance in this game.
Still, complain standing, this zone-wide effect seems to be a way of pulling everyone back in time a bit, to be closer to the strength of a raid-force several eras ago. (Make no mistake, even with this mass debuff on, everyone who makes it to this zone will still vastly outclass a Velious-age counterpart).

If any casters out there have neglected your Stanima or +HP stats, you're going to be feeling it here, when a MOB's AoE damage attack goes off on you!

Endurence only has regen from aa's other then that it takes me 30 to 40 mins to regen my 12k endurence on raids when i get rezzed =(

Guy, you quit in velius, when ft 3 was unheard of, lol okay... most people who can gain access to this zone have more than 20 hps regen, and 20 mana regen OVER the cap on FT, so that probably doesnt get affected, SAME for Stats i know my stats are well over 200 above (the ones i need at least) just think... its not going to affect any one that can reach this zone much

The resist hit probably gonna suck for most peeps, the HP/MANA drain wouldn't be noticable, like you say, most peeps have FT/HP Regen over the caps by this much..

I think the major detriments to this debuff are simply the Endurance DoT for Melees and the Snare/Resists for everyone.

Looking forward to this zone, myself.
