this is not a get away thing it can be used for that but if you look at your aa it is called spring attack or something like that you use it to charge in and hit the mob kind of lame but i dont have the aa yet so i dont know how much dmg you do in that one hit so cant tell ya

I use this disc only when you mess up a pull and need to zone or just don't feel like getting stunend on your way through a hairy zone. Other than that the endurance that is spent really isn't worth the effort. Buy it if you want use it if you must...just don't dawg what may be your last option in a bad group.

like for pulling a mob. or maybe if your fear kiting for some dumb reason and you botch an intimidate you can back up a ways. The only way i see this as being useful is to bet the druid you can beat him to the zl for plat =p

calm down guys this is escape sow IMHO 3 tick duration at a cost of 75 endurance/sec?Looking at a 18 sec SOW that costs 1350 endurance points? good for running only it seems to me. Better to save yer honor and die standing toe to toe.

BTW its not sow speed, its much more than it. Unless u use to group with a high lvl dru/bard -wich i doubt - if u need speed to flee or just run in the middle of a dangerous zone this is very very useful.
