Why would you ever use this ability? It has the same stun duration, same target max level, same cooldown, and same timer as Head Strike but Head Strike uses cheaper axes and costs less endurance. This is just a more costly version of the level 16 stun.

Yes this interferes with casters as well as the lower level one head strike i love fighting casters.. another purpose is just to stun the mob
