This spell should have a run speed bonus and an attack bonus like it used to before 2015. Currently, the spell is broken. It has been submitted to Daybreak Games as a bug on their bug tracking website:

The movement slot was removed in the November 2015 patch.
2015-11-19 20:49 Removed Slot 2: Increase Movement by 35% (L40) to 95% (L51)
Notice how high that scales at level 51. That's probably why they removed it instead of adjusting the spell back down to where it needs to be.

I know when you use the lycanthropic staff you get an additional "Illusion Benefit" buff. Does that not occur when casting this spell? I believe I have a Staff on Phinigel. I'll try and confirm which illusion benefit I get from it.
It's still Illusion white wolf and not black.
