Since it's inventory-useable (at least I didn't see any "Must Equip" on the pic, and someone else said it was inventory clickable) Wouldn't this be a good monk pulling tool, or warrior aggro tool? After you get the concentration AA, maybe... or get a SoW and ghetto-kite with this thing... haha...

Surprised I haven't gotten any flames yet. I posted the OP when I thought it still dropped from trash in PoJ (as it was mislabeled to do so for quite some time).
