the Loremaster wont give it to me. I had to disguise myself as a wood elf and she still wouldnt give it to me.

From PoK take the Great Divide stone (to the right side of the Nexus stone). You come out of the book east of the city entrance. Run down the hill towards the river and head north. The entrance to the city is behind the waterfall. On a side note, there are guards that you cant see behind the waterfall, and they dont take too kindly to little ones in wolf form :(
Anyway, if I remember right, the Loremaster is to the left once you enter the city. If you keep following the path left you will get to a large building that looks like a lecture is going on. He should be in here. Pardon if I dont have his exact location correct, its been a while since I've had to buy anything from him. Hope this helps ^_^

She is to the left from the entrance, exactly as described. Loc is -335, 815, -13
This is a relatively easy spell to get, but a lot of enchanters let it slip through the cracks along the way as 'unessential'. That extra mana at this level *does* come in handy, despite what people think. 50 extra mana is far from 'unessential', and it's such an easy spell to obtain that there's really no excuse not to have it. Then again, some people have called me a completist XD
