Anyone know which vendor, what factions and curency is needed to get this spell?

If you use a familiar from the Icefall clickie, this spell is worthless. The familiar will block the hammer from summoning.
You need factions and currency from certain area of the expansion. So people built up your factions and currencies for what ever gear or spells you want from the new TBS expansion.
I found the rank 2 version of this spell off of the Priest Spell vendor in Katta Castrum. You need Ally faction to get it, and that is why few people have seen it yet. The rank 2 version costs 300 Orux. I assume that the rank 1 version can be bought from the Pirate vendor, and will possibly require heavy factioning as well. Hope that is helpful.
Sold for doubloons at less than ally. I forget if kindly or just amiable, but I think it was kindly (amiable with the bonus rod equipped worked).
well i went shopping for this spell yesterday the first day the expansion came out and yes i do own the expansion... and well it wasn't being sold by the cleric spells person in sund. I also couldn't find a couple others like dulcify but it shows it was sold by the quiet wander so im going to check if by chance this spell is sold by him. i hope but if not well =P.
From what I've heard, the new TBS spells are purchasable with the new currency from vendors in the new expansion. This is similar to how we bought LDoN spells.

Thats great that it is live now.. is it sold with the other cleric spells in Sunderock?

Just because it's Live doesn't mean it's available.
Following previous SOE (il)logic, I imagine that the Rk. I of the new spells/disciplines will be sold by vendors in a zone in the upcoming expansion, "The Buried Sea". This is done to basically force everyone to purchase new expansions, regarless of how little thought was put behind them.

Is this spell droped or sold?
Neither one. There are quite a few spells on Allakhazam that never went live. This appears to be one of them. If this were live, it would be vendor-sold, since it's a rank 1. They're in the spell file for live servers, but the scrolls aren't available by any means, so you can't actually get them in your book.
The guy who did the 71+ pets mentioned that they're a major pain to balance because of the ranks and focuses. He had to balance a couple-dozen different pets for one expansion, so that may be why this one didn't make the cut. I would expect to see it in the next expansion. (The Buried Sea?)
