Iron Oxide - Found 5 very quickly by porting to DSH and running to Steamfont. Right around the big gears and metal you will see several ground spawns, several of which are Iron Oxide. If you have difficulty seeing the spawns, try disabling "Radial Flora" (Options > Display > Advanced). They take a long time to respawn (an hour or more) so I would come back later if you can't find enough the first time.
Permafrost Crystals - Head to Guild Lobby and tell the Magus "Everfrost". It puts you close to the Permafrost entrance. There are a lot of ground spawns that are easily accessible while invis. I can usually pick up 5 in just a few minutes. They also drop from mobs if you're desperate or farming them.
White Lead - Use Sceptre of Draconic Calling (/claim item) or take POK stone to port to Crescent Reach. Take the elevator up and use Ctrl+F to find Poisoner Salihah. She sells Lead Sulphide and Limestone. Run over to the kitchen area and buy a Mixing Bowl and do the combine. You can also pick up Water Flask here too for the final combination. Very easy.
Combine all 4 items in a Glaze Mortar (Dalin Greskar near the big POK bank)
You will need several. I suggest 7-10 for epic 1.5 & 2.0. You will have to polish a total of 5 stones with the possibility of failure... Might want more if you're skills are low. If you succeed, just sell the remainder on the Bazaar.

This is a ground spawn in Lavastorm on the Cogs before the passage to where Meldrath Used to Live approx 4 along with Russet Oxide

Only thing hard to get is the iron Oxide because the drop rate. The perafrost crystals is ez to get. do not think I would ever pay a 100 pp for white lead and/or DCG.
white lead isnt sold in bazaar (i can make)

The glaze sells for 500-600 plat each on Xev server.
